Spring offers clear mountain views and blooming rhododendrons, while autumn provides stable weather and excellent visibility. For extreme high-altitude treks like Snowman Trek, late September to mid-October is ideal.
Fitness requirements vary by activity. Adventure Explorer packages require moderate fitness with regular walking/hiking experience. Extreme packages demand high fitness levels with previous trekking experience above 3,000m. Ultimate packages require excellent fitness and mountaineering experience.
